Briana Willis
Attorney, Willis Law Firm, PLLC
Briana Willis brings a rare depth of firsthand experience to her legal practice, rooted in nearly a decade working directly in child welfare with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. That background gives her an insider's understanding of how the system works — and how to advocate effectively within it — that few attorneys can offer their clients.
Briana earned her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northeastern State University, followed by her Master of Social Work from the University of Oklahoma. She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law, bringing together her clinical training and legal education into a practice built on both compassion and competence.
In addition to her extensive child welfare background, Briana has seven years of experience in drug court compliance, giving her a deep understanding of the intersection between family law, substance recovery, and the court systems families often navigate together.
A lifelong resident of Northeast Oklahoma, Briana is deeply rooted in the community she serves. She remains active locally, bringing the same commitment to her neighbors and community that she brings to her clients.
Briana is licensed to practice in all Oklahoma state courts, as well as the courts of the Cherokee Nation and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation.
Briana’s practice encompasses Adoption, Guardianship, Criminal, Divorce, Estate Planning, Juvenile, Paternity, and Protective Orders.
